During the first DOGE subcommittee meeting, Democrats had no real argument against cutting government waste, so they resorted to petty insults and theatrics. Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) took things to a new low by calling Elon Musk a “dick” in a pathetic attempt to mock Republicans — displaying a picture of Musk and referring to it as a “dick pic.” Instead of debating real issues like fraud, abuse, and taxpayer waste, Democrats once again exposed their Trump derangement syndrome by obsessing over Musk and making the hearing about personal attacks. While Republicans showed unity and stayed focused on efficiency, Democrats proved they’d rather protect bloated bureaucracy than engage in serious policy discussions.
