Prisoner and hostage exchange between Israel and Hamas expected after ceasefire begins


A ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza went into effect on Sunday morning. Hostages held in the strip and Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails will be freed in the first phase of the deal.

ABC News’ Tom Soufi Burridge reports from outside Ofer Prison in the West Bank, where about 90 Palestinians are expected to be released.
