Two people died and 10 injured following an explosion at a Pennsylvania steel plant on Monday.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said he met on Tuesday with the sister and girlfriend of Timothy Quinn, one of the employees killed. “His life was cut too short because of what happened here,” the governor said. “We have a responsibility to remember his legacy.”
