Senator Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) was forcefully removed from a press briefing led by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. Padilla created a scene when he interrupted Noem’s speech by shouting a question about immigration and citizenship. Padilla was dragged into the hallway by security, where he was handcuffed and led away.
