Multiple fast-moving brush fires erupted Tuesday in Los Angeles as dangerous wind conditions and unseasonably dry, warm weather swept Southern California.
A fire in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood was first reported before 11 a.m. local time and quickly prompted evacuations across the region and into Malibu.
