Today, I’m going to reveal which food has the most pesticide residue of all vegetables and fruit.

The food with the least amount of pesticide: Avocados

There are over 34,500 pesticides in food, and those are derived from about 600 different chemicals.

Trying to wash the pesticides off of these fruits and vegetables doesn’t actually help. If you’re going to consume the keto-friendly foods on this list—make sure they’re organic, so you’re not exposed to the pesticides.
