In this video, Dr. Berg talks about the worst and best carb on Keto. Fructose is the worst carb and the all the leafy greens(Vegetables) are the best. Glucose will increase insulin because all of the cells can absorb glucose but not all the cells could deal with Fructose(mainly on the liver). Fructose will turn into fat in the liver and could result to fatty liver which will then cause Insulin Resistance or spike in your Insulin. He also talks about how Fructose could create more damage into the body.
