Considered a superfood, it has high nutritional value, containing:

Seven times more vitamin C than oranges;
Four times more vitamin A than carrots;
Four times more calcium than cow’s milk;
Three times more iron than spinach;
Two times more proteins than yogurt;
Three times the amount of potassium of a banana.

It makes moringa a miraculous plant, used in many parts of the world.

In between its benefits for popular medicine, we can cite:
