• A small mason jar with lid
• 1 cup of organic honey
• 3 to 4 garlic heads
Carefully clean and sterilize the jar. Get fresh garlic cloves and peel the outer layer. Crush the garlic cloves using a knife. Put the garlic into a jar and cover it with organic honey. Make sure all the clovers are completely submerging under honey. Leave a little headroom in the jar and secure the lid. Set the jar aside at room temperature.
