In order to make this recipe you’ll only need the peel, so don’t waste the fruit itself. Instead, make yourself some juice.
Blend the peels, without adding any water.
Put the blended peel in a glass dish and cook it in the oven on low heat. Stir the peel around every once in a while in order to keep it from burning.

Whenever the peel is totally dry and dehydrated, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool.
Blend the orange peels once again until they’ve turned into flour.

You can use this flour in juices, smoothies, teas, and soups.
Try to limit your ingestion of this flour to 1 to 3 teaspoons per day.
