Fermented wheat germ extract is non-toxic
• It decreases the spread of cancer
• It increases apoptosis

Fermented wheat germ extract is approved as a medical support for cancer in many European and Asian countries. It’s also used for autoimmune conditions—especially rheumatoid arthritis.

6 things that happen with all types of cancer:

1. Uncontrolled growth
2. Damaged tumor suppressor gene
3. Loss of apoptosis
4. Limitless dividing potential
5. Angiogenesis
6. Metastasis

Cancer is a problem within the mitochondria (the energy factory of the cell). The mitochondria shift to the backup metabolism plan and start to ferment glucose, which is not efficient. Cancer cells are hungry for glucose and live on sugar.

Cancer can also live on glutamine, which is a common amino acid found in food. If you don’t have cancer, you don’t have to worry about consuming glutamine. But, if you have cancer, you can do intermittent fasting to limit the amount of glutamine coming into the body which will stop feeding the cancer.

Another strategy is to stop feeding the cancer sugar. Tumors can’t survive on ketones making the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting a really great strategy.

The most important strategy is prevention. Make sure to do whatever you can to prevent damage to the mitochondria.

• Eat high-quality foods
• Do intermittent fasting regularly
• Don’t consume a lot of sugar
• Eat nutrient-dense foods
