Common Causes of Dizziness or Vertigo

There are 3 main causes of dizziness or vertigo.
It could be low blood sugars, which you would need to add more fat, greens and also go slowing into intermittent fasting – because going into this too fast will create more symptoms of low blood sugars.

It could also be low blood pressure, which is low blood volume, because you have lot sodium. Simply add more sea salt.
Ménière’s disease could also cause symptoms of dizziness. Or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo might be another name of this.
