It’s the middle of the night, and you’re lying in your bed staring at the ceiling, thinking about bills, or work, or about kids. Trying to sleep but sleep just won’t come! In the US more than 70% people suffer from some kind of sleeping disorders. Lack of sleep can affect your memory, increase the risk of diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer, and obesity.
It gets worse when you reach out for sleeping pills, as such medications are not meant to be a long-term solution. Misuse of such drugs can lead to Tolerance, Dependence, and Addiction. They really harm your body’s natural abilities and cause constipation, dizziness, stomach pain and affect your central nervous system.
An average human body needs 8 to 9 hours of sound sleep each night. A good night sleep will make you feel better and you will have the energy to perform your tasks.
Poor sleep is actually an indication of mineral deficiencies, bad eating routine, stress, anxiety, and poor lifestyle. But what is the alternative if you are not able to sleep naturally and you don’t want to gulp down those harmful sleeping medications?
